WebSpy Analyzer Premium is an email monitoring and reporting tool. You can import log files into Analyzer Premium that your mail server, Internet proxy server or firewall generates, and conduct investigations into all areas of your organization's email and Internet usage.

Customize your imported data to display user names (instead of IP addresses or computer names), site names (instead of IP addresses), departments, and file types (instead of file extensions) using Aliases, so that reports are more meaningful to non-technical audiences. Utilize Analyzer's customizable Profiles to sort your organization's email Subjects lines into categories, such as Entertainment, Information Technology, and Adult. Analyzer Premium even enables task scheduling for overnight or weekend "set and forget" data importing and report generation. Export any information to Microsoft® Word (.DOC), Excel (.CSV), HTML (.WSR) or Plain Text format, and email it or post it to a website.
