ExLife helps you manage your e-mail messages by using rules to automatically or manually perform actions on messages. When you create a rule, it is a applied when messages arrive in your Inbox, when you send a message or when a message is created in a folder. For example, you can automatically forward all messages received from certain email addresses to your manager when they arrive in your Inbox or print all messages with certain keywords in the subject.
