SPONSORED: GFI MailArchiver for Exchange Listing updated: April 8, 2009

GFI MailArchiver is an email archiving and email management solution for Exchange Server that is easy to install and requires minimal administrative effort. It helps the company to reduce its dependency on PST files and to meet its legal and regulatory obligations. When GFI MailArchiver is installed, all email is stored in a central location that is easily accessible in two ways – through a folder in their Outlook email client or using a web browser. The method used to integrate with Outlook is an industry first because the technology does not use stub files which is what most products use.

GFI MailArchiver eliminates the pains of PST file management by allowing administrators to automatically archive emails to SQL or directly to NTSF. Users themselves can access past email via a web-based search interface and have the ability to quickly restore emails through a OneClick Restore process, without the administrator’s assistance. Using the auditing functionality, management can also access any email that is requested for eDiscovery/compliance purposes and guarantee that these emails have not been tampered with.

A free, fully functional, 30-day trial is available for download on our website.

Sonasoft’s SonaSafe solution for email archiving is designed to meet regulatory compliance needs of organizations. SonaSafe will capture all incoming, outgoing and internal emails and store them in archive databases as a Single Instance Store (SIS). This approach will reduce the size of the Exchange server by up to 90%. SonaSafe Email Archiving solution supports Exchange Server 2007, 2003 and 2000.

SonaSafe solution employs safeguards including encryption to ensure that email is tamper-proof and cannot be altered.
