DisclaimIt is an e-mail message disclaimer generator. DisclaimIt supports rule-based message processing for all outgoing messages on standalone IIS SMTP computers or MS Exchange 2000 servers. It supports plain text and HTML text disclaimers. Local and remote administration can be performed using the DisclaimIt Manager, which is implemented as an MMC Snap-In, or programmatically using WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation).

May 17, 2007 - Fantastic product by Andy W, Product Rating: 5/5: Very well thought-out product. Very stable and has good granular control of disclaimers based on many categories. Handles "send-on-behalf" messages properly.
About a dozen of our clients use it without any problems whatsoever.
February 14, 2006 - Disclaimit works! by Mark Kester, Product Rating: 5/5: Works like a charm! easy to install and adds our diclaimer to every email. Even has Active Directory groups to denote which group gets which disclaimer!
July 19, 2004 - Great product by John Tolmachoff, Product Rating: 4/5: Great product, easy to install. Formatting the HTML disclaimer takes a little work, but is still easy to do.

Well worth the price.
