CodeTwo Exchange Rules software enables centralized deployment of standardized disclaimers and signatures to e-mail messages sent from all mail clients via Exchange Server.

The program's capabilities include: Automated addition of disclaimers and signatures based on the sender and/or recipients SMTP addresses, AD properties, membership to AD organizational units, groups, containers; Signature Editor to compose your signatures/disclaimers in plain text as well as HTML, add images, company logos, facsimiles, photos, advanced formatting, etc.; Archiving Tool to keep record of mail traffic; Statistics Tool to gain more insight into mail traffic; Testing and Previewing Tools to monitor the program's functioning.
