P2P Calendar Synchronizer (P2P) is a calendar synchronization tool for Exchange and Outlook users. P2P auto duplicates and synchronizes Outlook calendar appointments created in a public, private or a pst calendar folder (and not marked Private) to another Outlook calendar - private, or pst (within the same pst folder). P2P also works with any PDA device BlackBerry, Palm, IPAQ, Treo etc, when set up for public to private synchronization using Outlook. Public2PrivateWare is a client side solution requiring set-up on each user's workstation. The "Source" calendar folder may be your PUBLIC or PRIVATE server side calendar folder or a pst calendar. The "Destination" folder will be your PRIVATE or PUBLIC calendar folder on your Exchange server or another calendar within your same pst folder.
